At the Lulu Frost show, the MAC makeup artist shared a sneaky tip to fix liquid eyeliner. Before it dries, dip a Q-tip in a tiny amount of makeup remover, shake it off and then use it to clean up the line. It won’t take all of it off, just the smudges so you get a thin, exact line for your cat eye.
