Luckily, you don’t need much (and often you can get it all in one package), but consider this your false lash shopping list:

1. False Eyelashes. Obvious, I know, but I had to say it.



2. Glue. Vellon recommends MAC Duo Adhesive, $8 and says it dries clear and quickly, but often your lashes will come with glue.



3. Tweezers or an applicator tool. They make things easier if you’re applying them to someone else or using individual lashes. Babaian says Kre-At Beauty makes a Lash Applicator Tool, $42 that’s shaped like your eye and not sharp so there’s less risk of stabbing yourself in the eye (nice touch).



4. Q-tips or tissue to wipe up any watery eyes.
