How to do it: Makeup artist Ruben “Gato” Zamora has a genius tip that’ll save you some cash. Instead of buying a separate cream eyeshadow, just take an eye pencil and scribble a generous amount of the liner on the back of your hand. Then dab it onto your eyelids with your fingertip. It’s the perfect base for a smoky eye and you don’t have to buy anything new, gotta love that.
