Overall vibe/experience: The girl at the counter was very friendly. She was busy organizing but was more than happy to stop and assist me and was very apologetic for any wait that I experienced.

She asked questions about my “upcoming date” and life in general as well as offered tips on how to apply everything she used. I really appreciated that, especially because I told her I was inexperienced with applying makeup.

Products used: She used a total of 16 products including a toner, face cream, eye cream, foundation, concealer, blush, eye primer, five eyeshadows, eyeliner, two mascaras (one lengthening and one volumizing), and a lip gloss.

Sales pressure: She let me know that there was a two-purchase minimum but was not pushy on the subject in any way. She did an amazing job and I wanted to buy several of the products.

Would she go back? I would definitely return to this counter. Besides the pleasant company, all of the products felt fresh and gave a classy and natural look with a little flare. Overall, I loved my experience and my finished look; it was exactly what I was hoping for and I received many compliments afterward.
