However, if you still insist on only relying on your bronzer with SPF, “the higher the SPF, the better,” says Nemes. Or else you’ll have to sweep on a thicker layer for better coverage. But since you don’t want to look like a cast member from “Jersey Shore,” it’s probably better to skip the bronzer and stick to your regular moisturizer or powder with SPF.
