Why do you love this LBD? I like simple silhouettes and this tank dress is effortlessly chic. It strikes the perfect balance of casual, but cute — without being too sexy.

How did you accessorize your look? I’m a huge fan of the statement necklace. It’s one piece but it can make you look fancy instantly. Since I went with a bold bib necklace the only other piece I paired with it was a simple gold cuff.

What type of hair and makeup complete this look? Retro waves (a la Veronica Lake) are classically beautiful and the perfect party hairstyle. Since the effect is the epitome of Old Hollywood glamour I paired it with its other half — a bold statement lip. The eyes have a pop of gold, which ties in the gold accessories.
