Polk has a few more guidelines for getting the right fit: “A rule I always dress by is: if it’s short, it should be loose. A nice sheer flowing Tunic is great over a pair of jean shorts. It is just sexy enough if you have a bathing suit underneath too. When shopping for jean shorts, making them a little bit looser always fits better as well.”
