While visiting colleges, I could’ve cared less about the amazing faculty or the ultra high-tech computer labs. No, the one thing that was the true mark of an impressive school was the dining hall. Was it open all hours? What type of food did it serve? How did the meal plan work? The answers to these questions were essential to my decision. (What? Everyone has their priorities.)

So it’s no surprise that I gained a few pounds my first semester in school. (And I swear, alcohol had nothing to do with it … ) Before I knew it, I was feeling a bit self-conscious about the way my clothes fit.
