Blue was all over the runways this season, but if blue eyeshadow is a little too much for you, try this pretty, toned-down version of the trend instead. Azure blue accents, like blue colored mascara or blue eyeliner is a subtle but powerful way to draw attention to your eyes. Celebrity makeup artist Marina Gravani tells us how to get the look:

1. Begin with a blue eyeliner pencil like Make Up Forever Aqua Eyes in Metallic Royal Blue, $18, and line your eyes, starting at the inner corner and working your way out.

2. Once you reach the outer corner of your eye, create a very slight wing up toward your brow line, but do not go too far past your eye.

3. Apply two coats of blue mascara like Dior Diorshow Mascara in Azure Blue, $25, to your top and bottom lashes. Tip: Wiggle the brush at your lash line so the color will wrap completely around your lashes for high impact.
