Beyond beautiful glow

I was about to throw my bronzer away after that sunburned look at Timo Weiland, until I saw this bronzy-glow at the L’Wren Scott show. Lancome Artistic Director for Makeup Aaron De Mey created a “super bronzed” (his words) look for the show, which is totally wearable in real life too.

To get the look, apply a dark brow liner to your upper and lower lashline and blend up into your crease. Apply brown eyeshadow to your lid and blend to get a smoky eye look. Put gold shadow in the inner corners of your eyes and add several coats of thickening mascara. Then, dab a tiny bit of lipgloss on your eye area to make it look “deconstructed.” Apply bronzer on your cheeks, nose, chin, and around your face and finish with a matte bronze lipstick like Lancome Color Design Lipstick in Bronze Show, $22.
