Did you ever do origami as a kid? Well this bun from the Zero + Maria Cornejo show is like that — except with your hair. It’s one style that’s guaranteed to have your friends talking.

Martin Cullen for Phyto created the look. He says to start with a volumizing spray all over to give hair texture and grip. Then create a side part and make two small twists on the left side of your head. Secure them with small elastics and spray with light-hold hairspray. Then pull all of your hair back and fold it flat against your head, back and forth, like an accordion, pinning as you go.
