For this project, all you need is a scrap piece of pleather or an old pair of pleather leggings. Like the fabric patch, cut a long, large triangle, and hem the edges. Once finished, attach it to the side of your jeans with a needle and thread. You can also use fabric glue to attach the pleather if the sewing part seems too hard.
