Kelly Osbourne has done it again. This time, it looks like the ’80s threw up on her. (Or maybe she was trying to revive Pebbles Flinstone from waaay back when?) Either way, she unsuccessfully tried to pull off just about every ’80s trend in the book — a yellow polka dot dress and mesh gloves, poufy coifed hair, floppy headband, frosty pink lips and a cheekful of blush. Yikes.
