“I’m obsessed with my fancy printed leggings made by Los Angeles-based Hapiru, a brand whose organic silk dresses I can’t have enough of. All of their clothing is made from soft fabric, which makes you want to wear them — these leggings included. Its design is funky yet wearable and it can make even a plain black cotton dress look edgy. The key to wearing such a crazy print is to keep the rest of the outfit in solid, muted colors like black and beige.

I love this skirt, it’s one of my best souvenirs from Milan’s H&M. I paired the ivory colored skirt with a fitted black James Perse t-shirt just so there isn’t a pattern clash with the leggings. But not to be too boring, the deep v-cut provides a break in the solids. I threw on a chunky black choker, another fave souvenir, but from South Korea.”
