Here’s a casual, (sorta) natural look that’s a cinch to style. What to do:
Step 1: Blow dry with your head upside down, for volume.
Step 2: Flip up and blow the top part smooth (from roots to ear-level), using a round brush.
Step 3: Twist hair from cheekbone-level down around a 1-inch curling iron. Wrap 2-inch chunks. “That’s a fairly large section and it’s how you get the loose effect like Carrie’s wearing here,” Hawkins says.
