Dianna Agron never fails to wow us with her hairstyles. Her long curls look so romantic pulled back into a half updo, and it’s so easy to do (especially since you don’t have to worry about it looking perfectly smooth). Here’s how to get it:

1. First you want to add a bit of volume to the top of your head. Use a teasing comb to tease the hair around your hairline and crown.



2. Now use a 1 to 1 1/2-inch curling iron to curl the bottom half of your hair. Twist the barrel in different directions when you curl each section.



3. Once you’ve curled all of your hair, take the top section and pull it back into a half updo. Slip a few bobby pins in on either side to secure it down.



4. Tug at the top of your head a bit and mist all over with lightweight hairspray to finish — the “perfectly imperfect” vibe is what you’re going for here.
