Use a damp sponge or a foundation brush to apply your favorite lightweight, slightly dewy-finish foundation (for example, Makeup Forever High Definition Foundation, $40) all over. After it’s dried, go back in with the same foundation to conceal any additional blemishes or imperfections. Use a dry, clean brush to blend the foundation under your eyes, so you don’t have a weird line between it and your eyeshadow.
