This one didn’t surprise us so much. Everyone was buzzing about Ke$ha’s dress made out of garbage bags, which she said she got from Home Depot. That would’ve been bad enough without her hardcore accessories, feathered collar, Rapunzel hair and stage makeup. None of which she pulled off.
