Hmm … we love feathers and we love lace, but together? Not so sure it works. The unique combo is very Ciara-esque, and the super high slit shows off her long legs, but the dress was a bit weird for our taste. We don’t have anything bad to say about Ciara neck-up, though. Pretty pink lips, a sexy cat-eye and loose waves salvaged her look.
