Garren first made waves when he transformed Farrah Fawcett’s winged (and dated) “Charlie’s Angels” hairstyle into a sleek and sexy new ‘do. A wave of other celeb clients soon followed, and in 2008, Garren gave Victoria Beckham her famous pixie cut. Today, Garren still sees Hollywood’s who’s who, but he also makes time for “real women,” as long as they have the $700 for a cut.
