11 Major Celeb Clothing Line Fails

Lindsay Lohan's bad celebrity fashion clothing line 6126

No. 1: Lindsay Lohan’s “6126”

Lindsay Lohan and French fashion designer Emanuel Ungaro’s collaboration “6126” is supposed to be inspired by Marilyn Monroe’s style (the line is named after the icon’s birthday) but it fell short the second it debuted on the runway.

According to Style.com, that’s when it “quickly devolved into a bad joke of a fashion show, one with questionable color combinations, ‘bad ’80s’ draped silk jackets and drop-crotch pants, old-fashioned fur stoles, and, yes, tasteless sequin pasties.” “Women’s Wear Daily” called it “an embarrassment,” saying the clothes looked “cheesy and dated.”

Now, the line mainly features leggings, everything from faux leather to sequins to zippers to ones with built-in knee pads. Unfortunately, one critic says, “they look like something a tween could make with a glue gun, some cheap lycra, and a portfolio of Miley Cyrus paparazzi snaps.” Lohan is still hanging on, but recently the price of a pair of leggings dropped from $78.00 to $14.99. Not a good sign.
